What will my dentist do?

• Give you a local anaesthetic to numb the area. (Can be done using “The Wand” painless injection)
• Remove any old filling and decay
• Clean the inside of the tooth
• Fill the root canal
• Either place a filling or crown on top

What are the benefits?

• Save teeth that would normally need removing
• Stop pain and infection spreading
