What are they?

These literally bridge the gap between one or more missing teeth. There are many different types of bridge, please talk to your us about the options available.

What will my dentist do?

Visit 1:

• Give you a local anaesthetic to numb the area. (Can be done using “The Wand” painless injection)
• Prepare the tooth/teeth planned to support the bridge
• Take moulds of your teeth and send to the laboratory

Visit 2:

• Cement bridge

What are the benefits?

• Can be used to restore your smile by filling gaps
• Help with chewing and speech
• Prevent other teeth drifting out of position
